There are simply too many mouths that need fed in a status quo agent-fortified transaction  The cash-flow has sucked on some of my best purchases. 

I would also request they take some pictures this weekend as it is supposed to be beautiful, but without any grass or landscaping, it may be a waste of time.

Fed talking about raising rates again.

If it is necessary, what do I need to do to prove possession besides cutting the grass, clearing shrubbery, etc.?

The higher ups I’ve spoken to believe they will get close to 10 percent on their loan products if the fed continues to hike as markets are starting to price in.At these levels, who is borrowing money interest only around here to fund new construction, and if you are what is your business rationale? 

I simply signed the documents as they became available and requested the funds from my 401k financial institution to be rolled over, the rest was handled by Safeguard which included working with IRA Services who services the self-directed IRA, setting up the LLC, Fed ID, and prepping all the necessary paperwork.
