From his gold and silver predictions (which were horrible) and advice for essentially doomsday prepping...If you predict enough, you eventually get something right!

Worked there for 6 months, and then moved up to working at a chain store here in the midwest called "Tires Plus".

The building is the nicest in my town, so I expected to have an easy time getting them to convert from chain drive to belt, new rails, etc... despite great reserves, I've pretty much got a denial from mgmt company to change anything.

Northeast Raleigh and surrounding areas such as Knightdale are hot right now because of the price point compared to other areas which makes flipping a gold mine in these areas.

My wife and I headed out and were given a tour of the property - it was beautiful from the outside, but needed tons of updating from the inside (1950s gold trim everything, severely outdated appliances, pet odor and she was really proud of the new linoleum floors in the kitchen).

They all seem to agree with us and are pushing this up the chain of command to try and get someone with more authority to make a decision.Has anyone else dealt with something like this?

So far I find the forums and podcasts to be pure gold.

Secondly there is real world value to alt coins they are no different than gold or paper money other than being digital if people believe they have value they have value. 

I don't want to be a bar owner but might entertain the idea of renting it out to someone to make into a breakfast/lunch place but having a liquor license is gold and will transfer. 

Has any one had any issues (or ever heard of anyone who has) with chain of title when buying a property thats been entered in to MERS.
