When you get to the rear car do you keep running so you can try to get to the front car?

There really isn't any kind of silver bullet software that will generate leads or deals for you.I use propstream for skiptracing, and then run the leads through a powerdialer to see who I can connect with.

I do run credit & background checks that they pay for, but that is separate from just the application.

I run a PM company in central CT.  

I typically use private/hard money lenders and what is happening is that the top 3-4 that I use will only be able to do 2-3 loans and then may run out of capital.

It's not always an easy scenario, but we run into it frequently. 

I'm in a position to acquire more, but have recently run into a lot of dead-ends.
