I have a bit of pickle I've been thinking over and wanted to know if anyone out there could kindly offer some guidance..I have 3 properties as detailed below.. 

If I have some real expensce numbers to back up my estimates, great.   

In my estimation at current interest rates and current rents most 4plexes availabe in Anchorage do not appear to be very good deals.

You should anticipate paying more may be close to 500K for estimating purpose.
