Specifically does your roof have dormers or other complex features, is it really large or have some other challenging feature that makes working on it dangerous or difficult?

Multiple residencies seems to throw many people for a loop.Definitely looking for someone who looks at the big picture.I have one lead for an enrolled agent, but I'm not that familiar with that designation. 

But you've got to vet well.The other key factor is that both are designed to be passive but stable opportunities with experienced operators (either the national corporation tenant or the DST sponsor) managing the property so you don't have to. 

Most of those coaching programs are primarily designed to help scale a business up and put systems in place but can be a little too much too soon when just starting out.

You can set up the system so that the monitoring center will call you or anyone you designate before it calls the police.
