You want to be careful however as it can vary block to block and even street to street so make sure you know the neighborhoods well or work with someone that does.

Hi - I recently had a rental property basement damaged due to street flooding which caused water in the basement and therefore damaging furnace and hot water tank.

The landlord was sued for millions, but sadly the mental and emotional damage to those poor women was far worse than any money could compensate for.From what I have seen, I would guess half of "mom and pop" landlords don't rekey, which is sad.

If I was the seller and my “buyer” balked over $50 I would block their phone from that point on.
