Hi Orlando, I am surprised no one has mentioned it yet but apart from your credit score and occupancy (owner occupied, or investment property- second home rates pretty much mirror o/o) your LTV will be the next biggest contributing factor to your interest rate.

@Roy Furbert also if it is Fraud then the Realtor’s E/O insurance most likely won’t cover that so you’d be suing the realtor directly for treble damages.

@John Bergstrom the condo should have a Directors and Officers (D&O) policy that covers the Personal Liability you are exposed to when you sit on a HOA board.
