Korea has been managing this virus for over 30 days, and seeing how Europe is managing...how US is managing..I don't feel comfortable.

We live so comfortably and any comparable house I buy will most likely result in my mortgage payment being higher.

Criminal cases and child custody will remain open and two judges will be on the bench every day to hear emergency motions only.

I wouldn't feel comfortable taking on more debt right now until we know more about how difficult things will get, and lenders will likely make it harder for investors, anyway, like they did in 2008.   

I'm not necessarily new to real estate but much more comfortable networking in person than on the internet.

If and when this pandemic simmers down and I feel comfortable attending cons, I *think* I can write off the BP conference.

Once successful at that I would be more comfortable taking on a retrofitting job or building from the ground up.

If you do not feel comfortable with showing them the apartment or moving forward then let them know that you have decided not to move forward with them.

Also, I do not yet have the reliable contractor connections to pull of a major reno and just feel more comfortable starting smaller.
