When we finally finished we had 642 tires stacked in the driveway to dispose of.

I always heard on the BP Podcast and Rookie Podcast to join the forums and FB groups, so I FINALLY did that.My first question would be how can I find a partner with cash and how can I approach them with this idea of fixing and flipping a home?

) he also got COVID…but he was a good electrician so the work was finally done and passed inspection with no issues.So i finished over budget and about 1.5 months passed my goal.  

Or should I set on a final sale price and a separate lease agreement for the monthly rent?  

Then a Samsung electric dryer was a nightmare but finally thanks to repair clinic & $162 it's now all new parts & has been OK for 2 yrs.

We had that same issue with a small city about 45 miles outside Austin, took about a month and many phone calls to finally get an appraiser to agree to do it.

After waiting 19 months my layer was finally able to restart our eviction. lockout was scheduled last tuesday.
