Certainly the most frustrating part of the BRRR method!

With that said should i go with a bigger property put 20% down and be in the 300k range or do i start with a smaller investment, rehab, rent, and refinance using the brrrr method.

They have no method of reaching a person directly and I don't get anywhere when asking for a person by name and company ID number.

@R Metzgar I'd suspect to be making that kind of money he either put a bunch down or isn't accounting for expenses or both.
