That means all costs are covered, with the exception of Income tax, and all pass through fees are not included (i.e cleaning fees, transient taxes, etc. which are collected from the guest and then paid out to appropriate entity.)Use both vrbo and Airbnb to maximize exposure.Always have money set aside for unexpected expenses, or if you find yourself needing to cover expenses because income was lower than expected.

Your rent doesn't necessarily go up, you need to price it by location and market rates considering condition of comparable properties.If the tenant requires a professional license, just check on the status because they will most likely have a clean record depending on what they do..... however I would check real estate and insurance agents, LOL Get 2 years tax returns, business and personal, last 3 months personal bank accounts, 6 months business accounts, business financial statements for past year, monthly books, personal net worth.
