A designated broker overseas those above, but a self-employed broker may represent you directly.All of the above may or may not be Realtors which is a separate organization different from State licensing.A mortgage broker/banker assists in lending.

Also, slow delivery/responses to RFIs, PCOs, submittals and schedule updates - an organized project is a successful project.

Auction.com itself is a reputable and straight forward organization.

If it is a big organization  what about resubmitting the loan so it goes through another underwriter?

My role is mostly to organize the deals, source them, do high-level deal structure, procure team members, raise money (equity and debt), etc.
