We don't know your objectives nor any/all of your exposures.Since you original established an entity for some particular reason, it's really impossible to say what you will do to further complicate your situation.It would appear on the surface that you are trying yo do thus in the cheap rather than seek the professional legal and tax advice that you truly need.

Regardless of price-point, I think it always best to take the extra time & effort to create a home that is beautiful and unique for the buyer.

The tenant just needs enough info to uniquely identify the account holder (such as full name including middle initial, or name and address)  Unfortunately they no longer permit cash deposits by non-account holders for regular checking accounts.

Some properties take a little more research because they might be more unique.
