in that the effects of COVID-19 will hit the C-class assets much harder since most white collar workers are more insulated from this shutdown.

Plus, with it being so new, there may still be building in the area and it might be tough to sell.Let us know what you decide!

But still make sure they are good tenant just in a tough situation and I would say you should be fine.

If they are a really good tenant, I'd definitely work with them, it's not their fault and if they are hard workers, they will likely get a new job.
