We close on June 1 so I am working through the project planning and queuing up contractors/supplies etc and selecting finishes.

A lot less listing has reduced supply.

Most people can't get into real estate without having a full time job that first supplies the funds to be able to afford a house.

Rankings are based on Demand Drivers, Economic Health, and Supply/Demand KPI's.

As long as the supply and demand remain at the same levels in this market then the prices will remain stable.News media has the ability to affect the mind of the buyers and if they hold back because of news then the declines can occur.
