There are a few places where this isn't the case, so check your local laws.Tell the tenants that you will be there and you will let the contractor in so they don't need to arrange it around their schedule.

In that arrangement, you keep the same tax-sheltered benefits of the Roth IRA, but just open up the possibility of the Roth investing in a syndication or note.
