For now I will say wow was it stressful, right up to receiving the wrong set of keys at closing.

Then I ask, "Would you say that our lifestyle with regards to more time with family and more leisure time and having less money stress has increased or decreased?"

Got to put a price on the time you are spending dealing with these tenants each month, not to mention the stress I am sure it is causing.

This also stresses the importance for a turnkey company to have an extensive screening process to keep their clients happy and to mitigate this concern.A turnkey provider that follows this approach is more likely to be experienced and built for longevity.3.

Don't stress out trying to collect from an evicted tenant. 

if you can't stomache that mess and it stresses you, hire a property manager.as others said, how they live, is their problem.
