if its your own VA, you can train them on how you want them to handle the call.A call center isnt bad, but not great either.ideally you should take all the calls but thats not realistic.

Not for me but for setting up my children with the equity necessary to make it in their lifetime.But this, in itself, begs the question, if you cant afford it, how can they without the proper training?
