Pretty easy because I didn't have the entire process shoved in my face all at the same time.

You can have a realtor run a search of recently rented properties and you can go through the pictures and description and get a pretty good idea of what you should have to be competitive.

It’s pretty deep and will put a lot into perspective.

When you say "career in real estate" that's pretty vague.

this allows me to have an opportunity fund for the quick hits and not have to deal with landlord drama that I cant stand personally there are many other ways in real estate to make a buck and landlording is easiest to understand and get into.. but can be pretty annoying if you get some cruddy tenants or buy in areas were your renting to the bottom of the income pool or those on government assistance..

The problem is they are all pretty suburban areas (There's not much multi-unit properties there).
