I've seen some college kids who are geniuses with Excel and I was impressed in regards to how fast they created sophisticated spreadsheets.

There are soooo many that do only what is necessary to get a permit in this state.

Does anyone know any details besides what is on the news regarding the 45 day moratorium on Vacation Rental permits in Yucca Valley CA?

If you house hack and live in the property as your primary residence, you can AirBnb part of your residence with a STR permit in almost every city in the Denver area (excluding Lakewood, which has recently put a moratorium on any STR applications).

Then, after properly vetting the contractor, I make sure they pull a permit for the replacement of the light. 

If the property doesn’t already have a condition use permit or isn’t located in Sandbridge, you aren’t going to get one unless our laws change.
