However, Guesty does (did) offer this when we used it years ago. 

They are willing to offer their parents as co-signers.

After making what seemed to be an endless amount of offers in this hot market, with a lucky turn of events of a sellers contact falling through due to the first place buyer unable to to afford financing.

It's not something I felt entitled to, but they offered it freely and I tried to do something constructive with it.

I do need to cover the remaining $9,000 out of pocket (I am in a similar spot, billed monthly and the leak started soon after the last reading)The company does offer a payment plan, but, since the bill in in the tenant's name he would have to go on the plan and I would need to figure a way to pay him monthly. 

I was able to offer quick closing to help the seller out in offloading the property.
