I'm ready to pay cash, rehab it and get renters in.......my main question....Should I first form an LLC and should i hire an attorney or use a service such as legal zoom?

Good Morning BP Family, I have googled lead listings and came across a few companies that offer the service; however I would like to know what lead listing services you guys are using.  

Remember the old tech service "Oh that's a different department" run around.

I like 2, it will depend what type of services you are providing. if it is well rounded I would select 1. please check these names are already taken as this happened to me last year and I needed to remain my business.

I continued to look for investors everywhere I went. at street fairs, through my small network of home owners and business people, hosted seminars on finding and doing fix and flips and built up a group of investors who encouraged me to find them development deals. 

If you handled everything do you have a partnership with the investor or is this is a service you offer as part of your business?
