There are 30 year fixed options available, but the rate will be about 1-3 percent higher than regular Fannie Mae rate.You could go Fannie Mae, but you'd be limited to the purchase price for cash out.

And at this time should a tenant ever have an issue with the interior of their rental home due to the landlord not fixing things, they can invite a city codes inspector in to inspect, - so why do we need a new ordinance.

I've got a decent plan in place to make that goal a reality, but know I'm very fresh to the world of REI, so I am leaving myself open to all avenues and opportunities of investing.I am focusing on SFR and multi-family properties, and although the first two needed minimal work, I am looking more into Fix and Flip and BRRRRs for my next deals.
