Maybe this is a good thing for us all to stop and really look at what is going on what we are doing to each other and our planet we are not going to get another chance or get a get out of jail free pass on this one

If the number of adults is disproportionate to the usual accommodations then there's a good chance it's a party.  

I would contact the tenant and indicate that they had the chance to see the place before they moved in and they signed the lease.

I'm not a lawyer whatsoever, and this isn't legal advice - but if your contract clearly has a clause in it that states you can break the contract within 5 days of the inspection if the property is unacceptable, then you likely have a fighting chance of getting your earnest money back (although I suspect it will involve small claims court), and you likely won't be subjected to the worst case scenario as Russell described.
