I sent them an e-mail yesterday (Saturday) including the appropriate excerpts from the handbook as well as the management company's own literature, and asking for roof repair or a price reduction due to the inaccurate inspection report and termite report and presence of mold.

He advised me to send  another email to RPM's attorney and copy him in the e-mail and ask for acknowledgement.

Once a payment is made you will get an e-mail and the money gets deposited just like a credit card deposit.

Ask those you run into, city building people, The Chamber of Commerce experienced people, and local real estate Agents or brokers with a good reputation and are experienced in what you choose to do, and drive around to help you see where things are happening.There are some areas that are doing well in the southern Dallas area but you might need a little more experience before you go there.
