These type of questions sets our minds to work almost on it's own to find answers, It gives our mind something to work on, not something to dwell on.Congratulations on taking action because action is the key to all things.

I have read a number of books, visited websites, and watched a ton of videos I have been studying real estate for the past year and believe it is time for me to dive in and the Tacoma/Seattle area looks to be a great place to start.

NYTimes had an interesting video that gives some reasons why this is happening.I think gas prices are pretty unpredictable.
