I am looking for any information I can find regarding building a community on a large parcel of land, selling the homes, and collecting lot rent. 

These are the few numbers I have (purely based on first conversation) Her operating costs are about $900-$1000/month. about $450 for the county to come inspect once a month, costs of upkeep, meter reading, invoicing etc. 

We have multiple witnesses, including the building inspector, who agree there is no cat odor.

For newly constructed, purchased or renovated properties and also retroactive generally over the last 10 years, building components are properly classified into individual units of property and accurate recovery periods for computing depreciation deductions.

Want to start building the houses now but looking to get a building loan rather than tie up our own money any suggestions on who is a good lender in the area for a building loan? 

Don't think because the building is ocean front that the unit you like has an amazing ocean view.

Personally, I am not a big fan of STR's although they may be fantastic in certain areas of the county.

They will be prorated on the HUD, but you may have to make a payment in between, depending on how the county bills them.
