Take a look through the BP "Files" section for sample deal/wholesaling packets (or search the forums), you'll find a bunch of examples and can get a feel for the types of info most people include.Personally, I want to see as many pictures/video as possible and as much info as I can get about the condition of the property.

Sometimes, Don’t need to take action constantly, too much action may not be good either...Sometimes, do nothing is the best option...I’m in a similar situation, I’m watching the market closely but choose to “do nothing” at the moment.
