Right now we are doing short-term rentals in our local area but I'm positioning to purchase a small multifamily in Carolina Beach to make into short-term rentals.  

I’ve looked in south beach and Panama City) What questions would you ask, think about?

I would like to focus on south east Florida (Miami Beach/Fort Lauderdale area) since I enjoy traveling there for vacations (i’m from Michigan).
