I bought it just before Covid was even a 'thing' (February 27, 2020), fixed it up, still have the kitchen and master bathroom to renovate- but it cash flows like a champ- and, when it's not rented, I have a place at the beach.

We unified the floors by doing a gorgeous light colored LVP throughout, painted the interior SW Incredible White, new basic granite countertops, new prefab bathroom vanities, new toilets, added a fence to the yard, upgraded all switches to rockers and replaced all fixture with flush mount LEDs.
