Other folks like the idea of paying a flat fee in dues to the HOA because they know they don't have to worry about cutting a lawn, maintaining a pool or fitness center, repairing or painting the exterior and so on.I bought my first property at the age of 20, and bought a townhouse specifically because I wanted an HOA.

I'm wondering how we can get @beardybrandon to hook us up with some better developers because a great app to go along with a great desktop website, to me, is paramount in this age.

The lease has only one tenant's name and says up to 5 children under the age of 18.

Although I am of retirement age, I am still working (federal employee) for the Navy in Information Technology. 

The ones I have tried all required income verification.
