Thats with my cheap subs and me paying them cash using a GC this would be a $70k rehab and negative equity. 

It is not that you always have to agree with them (just like politics, I know people on both aisles and I do not agree with them but I also do not chastise them). 

@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.

I always suggest starting with friends and family and even ask them if they know anyone who might be interested.
