I've never collected a tenants rent (all my properties have been managed by a PM) however I think it's good practice to issue receipts for all cash payments.  

It used to be a common practice a decade ago, but while I haven't checked recently, I'd be very surprised if it were still happening at most courthouses today.

Yet it was enough to trigger an obsessive interest in real estate investment, something I studied in college but never practiced. 

Evidently, with that many cats, litter boxes are not practical, so unfortunately, these cats get kicked outside to their "business".  

Oh yea, I also had to replace the two toilets because the well water was so hard that it rendered the old ones practically useless, which is saying a lot considering that it was built in 2008! 

It got me wondering just how many folks are aware of outcomes of some of those practices really are.

In practice it's not as easy as that propaganda video plays it to be.

They take your money and u practically never here from then again.
