We now have them in California, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida.

I'm purchasing property in GA and OH.

Investors owning rentals and slamming tenants in do not sit well with these types of organizations generally.The owners are trying to preserve values where some investors just care about the cash flow and the rent check coming in.Here in GA a tow company will put up the sign usually on a tree to the main entrance etc. saying the code ordinance law and that unauthorized vehicles are not allowed.

I would google homepath lenders georgia to get a list of lenders.  

Not sure it's legal in CA but most owners I know here in GA would have done 1st, last and a month deposit.  

As far as taking your first steps here in Atlanta, I would recommend attending Georgia and Atlanta REI meetings and setting keyword alerts so that you get notified if someone talks about a subject you have interest in.  

How does one find out the state laws for GA, and requirement for on site PM based on unit count?
