I hired someone, who was able to handle all the communications with the IRS agent, who kept me in the loop on a regular basis, and was able to package up my crazy complicated tax documents into a professional looking arrangement that "blew the socks off" the IRS agent.

Then came the next day packages of missing attachments, not that I forgot but what they forgot to send me HAHA.

If they find out without getting approval, I will get fired and would lose a 6 figure severance package..

FedEx loses packages all the time.

Once submitted, by Federal law, the lender (servicer) has five days to acknowledge to the borrower that they have received the package and/or that they need additional information that may be missing.

I'm trying to gauge the varying different levels of investor.For me, I need to make 10%-15% ROI, and could come in different forms for overall package, price appreciation, cashflow, or principal payments to reduce principal. 

I felt like it was worth $1900 but I definitely wouldn’t pay the $20,000 for the full package.
