Thats what I hear in regards to Angie's however in the market there are 3 of the best companies for rehabbing and none of them are on angie's list I'm not sure why.hope you all have a great weekend,John

I'll be in the bay area (Oakland) this weekend and I'm looking to meet fellow BPers and real estate investors that are either interested to JV on projects, or those with projects and looking for JV partners.

I was going to leave them in place; however, this weekend the sellers had an existing tenant sign an annual lease at 50% the market rate.  

When you get that non-emergency call or text at night or on a weekend about something stupid and it interrupts your day/evening for the 3rd time, remember there is a huge difference when you also own the building.

Must be the Easter weekend that is keeping folks from giving you answers. 

Came in from Houston for the weekend to visit family and want to meet local members here in the golden triangle area. 

I have no experience in 1031s Rick so I am going to make that my mission to research this weekend, I hadn't thought of that. 

I just found it online this weekend, and I e-mailed the owner my contact information, so that we could set up some time to go through the property. 

I have a full time job and invest part time after hours and weekends.
