For those of you who are not familiar with IFTTT, it is a web-based service that allows users to create chains of conditional statements to trigger notifications to you.

Maybe, if they are in a high end area and command several million $$$ to do the deal.

Carly, a few months back I helped a BP user get a duplex in Fort Lauderdale well above that price, so there is room there for improving the property.
