Before you start shopping for a new PM, it might be good to get an understanding of what is going wrong.

You need to start with one step, get that information, then understand each choice's highest and best value.Do you have debt on it?

Also, since there is a huge gap in the industry in teaching people how to understand development and the different options we've launched an education arm to help bridge that gap so it's not just the "big guys" with deep pockets that can be a developer. 

Key is to really understand the areas you want to be in and your goals to make sure they align.

Remember, understanding your bill can save you money!

My current understanding is that ADUs may offer better cash flow, although they may not necessarily provide superior appreciation compared to condo investments, considering the anticipated decline in interest rates over the next couple of years.Thank you for your expertise and guidance!
