Best route to go is to market on your own and get your own leads, but then again, that's difficult as well.

I was even offered a job to head one of the Crop security task forces, as they are primarily looking for Airborne Rangers to lead their security teams. 

Or you could use other lead generation sites like ListSource to find deals that will be more in your wheelhouse. 

Which I guess leads to the bigger lesson: know what the local market requires at closing, and DEFINITELY educate yourself on what Title Companies will and won't check for in each state.
