Besides it being much slower start up to self-fund, why not use cash instead of financing to avoid the risk?

Hello all, I’m trying to figure out the best cities to start to invest in section 8 housing.

Many of them are encumbered by a low ltv loan to a friend who helped me get started.

Should I then start showing the home?

Not a booking strategy, but make sure you have a strong vendor management process.

You will need 2 years of track history unless you have another job/someone else on the loan. 20K is not enough to start.

A key factor to consider is whether the positive developments are strong enough to transform the broader areas.
