For individuals doing work in these areas what has your average cost per square foot been for your rehabs.

I am just getting started in real estate and would like to make sure I’m not a starting out on a bad foot.

But, alas, it could be next year before any fans set foot inside.Golden Girl’s Golden House.

Either way, I'm still exploring some other options, like potentially purchasing a foot of the neighbors property.

put the shoe on the other foot.. its insane what these folks are doing.. what is damages real estate wise though is reputation.And look you are now not wanting to buy 3 properties because of it..

For that one we end up footing the bill but that was a post-signing discussion and we decided to do it for the relationship. 

Each unit has recently been renovated, and the larger two units have exposed brick walls and 10 foot ceilings.

My first obstacle is acquiring finance partners to help me with getting my foot in the door for these deals.

But yes we are building a 3K square foot home- nothing fancy, but a custom floorplan... which is why we're reeling, because it's nothing fancy.
