I figured – I love real estate and construction and I am good at math and management so why not use my skills to build up passive income rather than working till I’m 60.But personally I spend the bulk of my time putting together the financing with local individuals looking to make a better return on their money than the stock market can give and to partner with on some large properties, So, of course I gotta ask, you don’t know anyone looking to diversify into real estate, do you?

I did mobiles, looked into self-storage, vacant commercial property and re-purposing old white elephants (old warehouses) or motels or toys r us's or any number of failed brick and mortar structures with motivated sellers. 

Am I just looking at the wrong product?

Hello, I am trying to rent my 3br house in SF bay area, and would like a family or an individual rent it, but I have had multiple calls from roommates who want to rent my house together.

I hear the proximity to the airport, being near Lake Wylie, and less rush hour traffic are the main motivators drawing in the speculative investor.  

An LLC was created for the individual property investment & they'll write out K-1's to each member after the sale and from there close the LLC.
