Usually If the roof is leaking they'll just tarp it to protect it, and most won't even do that without constant pressure from the listing agent.

So if you've got a nice clean place for rent in SLC I think you could definitely set your asking price to a similar unit that has central AC.

The intent of the law is to keep people without knowledge of fair housing, deposit funds, etc from setting up shop without a licensed broker overseeing them.

Id like to get my first deal done before my enlistment is up as it would help me become a little more financially set before I become jobless for a bit.

You set the sales price based on the value today or what is owed.

If you were getting the lot with it that would be something but to have to move it and re-set it... will cost more than the home is worth.

It seems if you build it out into a proper modern small set of apartments, you can avoid any big maintenance issues for a long time, as well as making something highly desirable/and therefore priced accordingly.
