We needed to furnish the shared spaces, and prepare the bedrooms with curtains, but otherwise didn't have to put in as many projects as before.

Also, if you don't plan for the top and the market softens you will already be better prepared for the resale.2.

I always think it's best to speak with the person if you haven't already and share your concerns to see if you can come up with a resolution.....or find another PM but be prepared for different problems.

Today with the exuberant market that has so many RE investments being at best OK, my advice is make sure you are prepared to handle virtually anything that can come your way and IMO the best way to be in such a position is to have adequate reserves.Good luck
