Are there any options for lending I'm not aware of?

Kind of crazy, given the amount of positive feedback I have received on this platform.

Convert a garage into a movie theatre or game room to maximize entertainment options.

I have Bond for title agreement with Tenant what kind of financing options I can use to cash out for next BRRR.

Your cost in nothing more than the cash you put in (if you have positive CF). 

Also, consider the lenders lending options as some will require interest only monthly payments for the period that you have he loan and others will set you up with a balloon payment. 

There are lots of options out there.

:Class A Properties:Cashflow vs Appreciation: Typically, 3-5 years for positive cashflow, but you get highest relative rent & value appreciation.Vacancy Est: Historically 10%, 5% the more recent norm.Tenant Pool: Majority will have FICO scores of 680+, zero evictions in last 7 years.Class B Properties:Cashflow vs Appreciation: Typically, decent amount of relative rent & value appreciation.Vacancy Est: Historically 10%, 5% should be applied only if proper research done to support.Tenant Pool: Majority will have FICO scores of 620-680, some blemishes, but should have no evictions in last 5 yearsClass C Properties:Cashflow vs Appreciation: Typically, high cashflow and at the lower end of relative rent & value appreciation.

I am looking for property management recommendations in the area, and would prefer local managers, but am keeping options open.
