Lots of great meetings in the area...My favorites are: www.dreia.org, www.breia.com, and www.reandb.com.

I need to buy one property before the end of the year and 4-5 next year and right now I cant find the one.... so like I said, there are a lot of assumptions, probably the biggest is property availability which meets your investment criteria. 

Along with the standard work I do on projects, these units included replacing all galvanized water lines to copper, upgrading the electrical infrastructure and installing instant water heaters.I hope that this helps!

Just continue what you're already doing: put yourself out there, and meet as MANY people as you can involved in this industry.

Pleasure to meet you all and i'm hoping to learn a lot on here and maybe if i'm lucky ill find a mentor of sorts.

I have been actively meeting with investors in my area, but finding a partner takes time, trust, and experience.  

I still consider myself relatively new to the flipping world, but I've been fortunate enough to meet and learn from others along the way.
