I like the Philadelphia area for flips . you want to be in areas where there's jobs as well as rentals needed in high demand

I would suggest to meticulously research the area in regards to the class of neighborhoods, school ratings, crime rates and demographics as some areas cash flow well but require more "management" due to the class of the neighborhoods.

It's like having a helper that makes sure you’re thorough and following the law, which can make your job a lot easier.It's cool to see someone who really cares about doing things right.

Throughout the project I act as the bookkeeper, I do the occasional odd job like setup wifi, security, and give minor feedback on some of the design choices. 

You have to sign up with hundreds, if not thousands, of signing services just to get a few jobs.

They suggested adding an external cleanout for about $8,000, and we agreed to split the cost by adjusting the home’s price.However, after installing the cleanout, we discovered that the actual problem was far more severe.

It took me about seven years to be able to quit my job as an engineer.This was mainly from buying inexpensive properties from motivated sellers for cash.Buying nice STR's with leverage is a much longer game especially this environment.
