Very expensive service and probably not worth it for your guy to get versus what he will make on this deal.Those 4' by 8' signs run about 300 to 400 bucks and are not cheap if they have the posts in the ground.I only focus on transactions for commercial as PM or leasing work is a low return and high expense and time job.

If I could go back in time I would have sold all my luxury lease options before getting stuck with 14 houses, when the market tanked back in 2007, I lost everything but I am now looking forward to doing it all again now that the market is improving, so I know how to get in but knowing when to get out is more important.
