Should I get a credit card to improve my credit?

I was thinking I could pay it via debit card on the 30th if it doesn’t go through on time.

If I made that much cash I'd knock my debt out in <2 years, educate myself on the local market, open a credit card/build more credit (610 isn't bad anyways) and be ready when you find a good deal.

I like to keep business cards for my attorney.

Fast forward 2 years and we are just getting to the stretch of finishing the house now we are debating whether to RENT it out or SELL it to try to purchase 2 properties or a duplex and use credit cards to fund the partial rehabs.

Our credit/debit card scenario comes with a 3% added charge.In conversations with other companies we are starting to believe that a platform switch may be needed.

I once sold a property to a guy who had an green card. 

From what the loan officer told me, it would be a revolving line of credit much like a credit card.

I don't have the 20% to put down at the exact moment, I have about $4500 in a line of credit, and 10k on a credit card(absolutely do not want to go that route). 

Once they've clicked through that and added in their credit card details they get added to the management system (SiteLink) and she calls them back with their personal gate access code.
