In return they would ask me….”Well what if I did this to the house and that to the house (spending thousands of dollars in extra’s to the house), how much could I get in rent then”, and it never ceased to amaze me, how they looked at me when I told them that they would still get $750.00 a month.

I have genral knowledge of Real Estate and REI but am unsure how to approach the best.

I'm aware I'll  loose the economies of scale a proper MHP would have, but would this idea be cost prohibitive, or potentially a good stepping stone to one day being able to graduate to a real MHP while gaining local industry knowledge & contacts?

There's another group that is considerably cheaper and has good knowledge, GOREIA and it's up in Altamonte Springs.

You need to be represented by a knowledgeable broker in the Las Vegas area.

I added an extra bed and bath and rented out rooms up until I moved out into another home.

Now that I feel I have decent knowledge base I am excited to start meeting other investors and developing relationships to help take me to the next level.I am 31 years old, married with 2 small kids, and work as a Physical Therapist overseeing a clinic in the west suburbs of Chicago. 

(And I’m a Real Estate Agent which makes this extra bad).
